**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
CommonSpirit Health seeks a dynamic California Regional Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to architect and execute clinical strategy, drive transformative clinical care, champion physician engagement, and partner across disciplines to achieve operational efficiency aligned with our mission.
The CMO will be the principal driver for clinical performance, implementing evidence-based medicine, and spearheading patient safety and quality improvement initiatives. This includes oversight of physician credentialing, privileging, and performance to elevate patient outcomes.
