We’re looking for a proactive, curious, and hands-on coordinator to be a key right-hand for our leadership team. This role blends recruitment support, business operations, and content management, perfect for

someone who loves taking initiative and making a real impact.

Pay: $550-$600/ month

Location: REMOTE

What You’ll Do:

• Support recruitment and staffing efforts
• Manage business development projects & quarterly company events
• Update and review social media content using Canva
• Draft and proofread proposals and internal documents
• Track rewards, initiatives, and operational projects

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-3 years of staffing/RPO experience is required
• MUST have experience with CANVA
