Report to: Head of HR
β’ Manage and monitor manpower plan, recruitment budget and recruitment cost
β’ Manage recruiting & selection activities from manpower approval, sourcing, screening, interviewing to ending probation period
β’ Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
β’ Propose to improve recruitment sources effectiveness
β’ Managing the keeping of performance management records
β’ Review and identify performance issues and propose to improve performance across company
β’ Liaise with functional managers to analyze, identify the training and development needs of the company then develop and implementing trainings and succession plans that are appropriate for the business needs.
