Key Responsibilities:

• Own and support full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate coordination.
• Build strategic talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles.
• Conduct creative talent sourcing using LinkedIn, X-Ray search, Boolean search methodologies, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop and execute Boolean key string searches based on role requirements.
• Brainstorm and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to niche hiring needs.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical, cultural, and business requirements.
