The Mass Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for managing and fulfilling hiring requisitions from the business unit on time. Her / his main goal is to ensure end-to-end volume recruitment process, consistently attract candidates and provide excellent customer service experience to candidates and hiring managers through effective client management and process excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Account Management - Identifies, aligns, and strategizes hiring requirements with the team, Business Unit, People Partners and other involved departments.
• Collaborates with the Sourcing and Onboarding Team to develop and execute hiring strategies and process improvements as necessary.
• Provides comprehensive updates and reports on hiring.
• Screens and assesses candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques.
• Matches the candidate to the best suitable role available against his qualifications....
