The Recruitment Services Administrator, as a member of the Corporate Services Unit, has a key role in sustaining the delivery of the recruitment process. The role organizes recruitment activities to fulfill the staffing requirements of operational teams. The Recruitment Services Administrator ensures that Birches Group's quality standards are met throughout the recruitment process and that the integrity of the process is consistently maintained.
