Recruitment Manager Australian BPO   Position Summary The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading and continuously improving ESC’s end-to end recruitment function.

The role ensures the delivery of efficient, scalable, and high-quality recruitment services that support the company’s growth objectives, while providing an outstanding candidate experience.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Recruitment Manager will oversee all recruitment activities, manage recruitment systems and processes, provide market intelligence and remuneration guidance, and ensure recruitment best practices are consistently implemented across the organisation.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning, operational management, recruitment delivery, process improvement, and team leadership.
