Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Collaborate with department managers to identify hiring needs


• Draft and post job advertisements across platforms (LinkedIn, PNet, Careers24, etc.)


• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates


• Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring managers


• Manage job offers, employment contracts, and background/reference checks


• Maintain recruitment metrics and update the applicant tracking system

Onboarding/HR functions 

• Coordinate pre-boarding logistics (IT setup, workstation, welcome pack, etc.)


• Facilitate orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires


• Ensure completion of all onboarding documentation (contracts, policies, etc.)
