Job Description
- Interview Scheduling: Organizes panel interviews for Primary Recruiters and Hiring Managers, managing the interview workload and ensuring all interviews are scheduled through Workday. Communicates interview details with candidates, including dates, times, and specifics related to the interview format (online or in-person)
- Assessment Scheduling: Coordinates the timing for assessments and uses third‑party tools or platforms to send technical/functional tests to candidates. Ensures that all parties are informed and prepared for assessment sessions.
- Job Posting: Manages job postings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and engaging listings to attract top talent.
- Administrative Compliance: Maintains strict adherence to personal data privacy regulations and ensures that any background checks and all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.
