Key Responsibilities

• Create, post and audit job descriptions based on hiring requirements.
• Conduct proper screening of applicants based on hiring criteria via email, sites, and other portals.
• Schedule CES tests/exams for qualified applicants and monitor results.
• Schedule initial and technical interviews and track applicant status throughout the recruitment process.
• Schedule qualified applicants for PEME and monitor PEME results.
• Create profiles in the CRM application, SAP UID and update profiles for new hires; schedule new hires for pre‑departure orientation and APAT.
