We’re seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Advisor to support operational manning across our Defence contract in South Australia and Western Australia.  This role will be based out of Adelaide.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, high-compliance environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders to deliver real workforce outcomes. Your work will directly impact site readiness, workforce capability and contract performance.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end recruitment across the portfolio of defence sites. You’ll assist with forecasting workforce needs, building talent pipelines, and ensuring timely, compliant placements in a regulated, performance-driven environment.
