A Recruitment Administrator plays a vital role in supporting a Recruitment team and ensuring a positive experience by handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Duties: Uploading candidate’s CVs for Recruitment Consultants onto the database including the candidates’ original CV. Maintain interview calendar for the Recruitment Consultants to ensure all candidates are on time for interviews. When required, conduct references on selected candidates for the Recruitment Consultants. Follow up on placed candidates for the Recruitment Consultants on a weekly basis to ensure the 3 months guarantee period is all in good order.
