IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the vital early stages of our hiring process, serving as a primary reviewer for incoming job applications. You will also coordinate select university talent programs and handle recruiting for our internship positions.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills. You excel at balancing the high-volume pace of application screening and recruiting with the thoughtful, hands-on execution needed to run successful university programs.
