About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Hyderabad headquarters. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience by supporting interview coordination and recruitment operations.
This is a NIGHT SHIFT position and requires working hours aligned with U. S. time zones. Flexibility and commitment to the shift schedule are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, primarily supporting U. S.-based teams
Manage high-volume interview scheduling, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information
Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholder...
