We are seeking a proactive Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help build our team across healthcare operations admin and support roles while also assisting with general HR and administrative tasks.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-healthcare roles (nurses caregivers admin staff operations staff etc.).
• Source screen and interview candidates ensuring a great candidate experience.
• Work with department heads to identify staffing needs and meet recruitment targets.
