Description:
This is a 3 month contract and it's 100% in person Monday- Friday.
1 round interviews in person.
Top 3-5 Must Haves:
2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience with recruiting metrics, SLA, and KPIs
Experience sourcing for niche roles using LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience with SuccessFactors or other large enterprise ATS system (Taleo, iCIMS, etc.) Airline experience
In this highly visible role on the Operations Talent Acquisition team, you ll be an integral part of ensuring *** Airport roles are staffed for operational readiness.
