• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Interview Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' competencies, experience, and potential, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and providing timely updates on their application status.
