Job Description
The Recruiting Assistant supports the Human Resources team by sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, and coordinating interview logistics across multiple departments, including engineering, operations (assembly, warehouse, machine shop), and accounting. This fixed-term role, expected to last approximately 12 months, provides essential support to the HR function by maintaining a strong hiring pipeline and enabling HR partners to focus on broader strategic initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to gain high-volume recruiting experience while making a meaningful impact on hiring outcomes.
