Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• With minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter supporting US Mortgage.
• Candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
• Willing to work on a Mid/graveyard shift.

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and screen candidates for specialized roles, including US Mortgage Underwriters (Conventional/VA), Closers, and Post-Closers.
