Description We are looking for an organized and proactive Recruiter to support high-volume hiring efforts for non-exempt roles in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage full-cycle recruiting activities, build strong partnerships with hiring teams, and create a positive experience for candidates throughout the process. The position works closely with recruitment leadership to drive sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, and maintain an active talent pipeline. This role is primarily onsite during the initial training period, with limited hybrid flexibility available afterward.
