Job Title: Technical Sourcer

6 Months Contract to Hire 

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite)

Pay rate - $30/hr 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Overview:
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Mandarin - Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with business partners in China.
Experience in Entertainment Industry is a Huge Plus 
Responsibilities:

• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, our client, and alternative search techniques
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
• Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency.
• Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques).
