We are looking for an experienced HR recruiting specialist to support high-volume hourly staffing in Leeds, Alabama. This onsite opportunity is a Long-term Contract position and offers the chance to manage full-cycle recruitment while partnering with leaders to keep staffing efforts organized, compliant, and efficient. The role is well suited for someone who can balance multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and provide a strong onboarding experience for new employees.

β’ Direct end-to-end recruitment activities for hourly openings, from candidate outreach and interviews through offer preparation and start-date coordination.
