MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Recruiter** to join our team in **Hanover, MD.**

The Talent Advisor will support the Intel Talent acquisition team to deliver a timely, seamless, and best-in-class recruitment process. You will support MANTECH Talent acquisition team deliverables, ensuring both excellent internal experience and a high-quality candidate journey.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in the office to meet with customers while enjoying the benefits of working from home.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Managing a requisition load of 15-25 active roles while consulting with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions and effective screening questions.
+ Identifying the needs of hiring managers to recruit effectively and providing virtual or face-to-face support as appropriate to the engagement level required.
