The **Recruiter I** provides full cycle recruiting by utilizing multiple sources (i.e. job boards, social media, networking, associations, referrals, cold calls, etc.) to find qualified candidates for various positions within the Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The Recruiter I will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, submitting candidates and extending offers of employment to candidates. The recruiter must work within set time frames and expectations set by management.
