• Dandy is hiring an experienced Recruiter to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company
• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, at a tech start-up or high-scaling start-up, experience in recruiting across the entire organization with clear focus on Commercial (non-tech) hiring
• Track record of success recruiting and hiring for roles at all levels, from individual contributors to VP-level positions
• Self-starter who can work independently and truly own Post-Sales, CX, Training, and Marketing hiring for the EMEA region
• Excellent networker and understanding in how to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across multiple business functions
• Excellent communicator and have the ability to persuade and advise leaders on recruiting best practices
