Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter for our Career Services team, helping students who are pending graduation from one of our highly skilled programs. Responsibilities would include -

Conducting employer and job development sales activities, trying to locate local companies who might be hiring in the industry the students are graduating from.

Working with students who are pending graduation and helping to set them up with job leads.

Helping graduates get interviews with local companies and helping them with these employment opportunities, mock interviews, sample interview questions and answers. Debriefing with graduate and potential employer after the interviews.

Will also be responsible for high outbound calls to try to secure interviews for graduates with local electrical and HVAC companies locally.
