Recruiter (Manufacturing - Hourly Hiring)

Join MITER Brands and play a key role in supporting high-volume manufacturing recruitment across multiple locations. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly plant positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions. You will help deliver a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

You will partner closely with HR, Hiring Managers, and Plant Leadership to meet current and future workforce needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Additionally, this role provides backup support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, ensuring continuity of pre-employment and onboarding processes.
