Role Overview: The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of direct labour workers, ensuring timely fulfilment of manpower needs in production, assembly, logistics, and cleanroom operations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role specifications. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for direct labour roles (e.g., material handlers, machine operators, assembly workers, cleanroom workers). Manage interview scheduling, coordinate with HR, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
