The primary purpose of this position is to plan, manage, and administer comprehensive year-round youth physical fitness and sports programs and facilities used in conducting the activities at Air Force installations. Programs provided are age and skill level appropriate, developmental in nature, highly motivating, and promote the maximum sense of growth. Responsibilities Plans, develops, organizes, and administers diverse, multi-faceted and comprehensive physical fitness and sports programs. Acts as Chapter Director of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA) or certified clinician for volunteer and coach's training as mandated by Air Force directives.
