Develop annual program plans ensuring the work areas are set up for future organizational success.
Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate programs and services to ensure community needs are met.
Contribute to the strategy of the Active Pass+ monthly membership.
Coordinate recruiting, hiring and retention strategies for contract instructors.
Schedule, coach and monitor instructors to ensure delivery of quality programs.
