About The Role

Based at the modern Sports Centre facility in Rolleston, this is an 8-hour per week role, working the following hours. Extra hours may be available to cover leave.

• Monday 4.00pm - 8.00pm
• Sunday 12.00pm - 4.00pm

As a Recreation Coordinator, you will:

• Assist Senior Recreation Co-ordinators in delivering promotional activities to increase participation in recreation programmes and events.
• Support Facility Management by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries, complaints, and issues related to bookings, events, and programmes.
• Ensure all bookings are managed correctly using Council systems.
• Coordinate user group and hirer requirements in accordance with Selwyn Sports Centre policies, including setting up and packing down activity equipment.
