Summary This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to JBSA Randolph Outdoor Recreation. This is a flexible position with guaranteed 00 hours per week. You may be scheduled up to 40 hours per week. Employees appointed to a flexible category position are not eligible for benefits This position will have a monthly cutoff day where applications will be reviewed for consideration. The monthly cutoff day is the second Wednesday of each month. Starting March 11th, 2026. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a lifeguard and perform other related swimming facility duties. Monitors activities within assigned swimming areas. Maintains order and enforces established rules of safety and behavior. Instructs, cautions, and/or expels patrons as appropriate. Reports problems to senior lifeguard or supervisor.
