We have an opportunity available for a Recovery Worker to join the team at Stockport Connect Hub based in SK2 6RE.

The service will be supporting those with enduring mental health conditions to live well, providing support tailored to their individual needs in a nurturing environment, which offers a safe, welcoming space where people can connect with others.
