Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and recover overdue payments from customers, clients, or borrowers.
• Handle complex, high-risk, and high-value delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring arrangements with customers.
• Monitor recovery performance and ensure collection targets are met.
• Supervise and guide junior recovery executives and collection agents.
• Review aging reports and prioritize recovery actions.
• Coordinate with legal teams for escalated recovery cases when necessary.
• Conduct field visits for critical delinquent accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of recovery activities, customer commitments, and payment statuses.
