About the Role | Mō te tūranga mahi We're looking for a compassionate, organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey toward independence. This is a rewarding and varied role where you'll make a meaningful difference every day, while building a strong foundation for a career in case management. As the first point of contact for clients recovering from injury or navigating challenging circumstances, you'll play a pivotal role in their recovery by:
* Working closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers
* Communicating confidently via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Coordinating rehabilitation plans and removing barriers to recovery
* Supporting clients to achieve their individual recovery goals
