Position: Record to Report Senior Analyst (Hybrid Setup)

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or other Business related course.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in end to end general ledger process.
• With at least 2 years Leadership experience.
• Amendable to start as soon as possible.
• Willing to work in Cebu

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for the Record to Report (R2R) process by allocating tasks, offering coaching, and cultivating a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Ensure the monthly financial close is completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
