Receptionist – Student Services

Melbourne Grammar School has an exciting opportunity for Receptionist - Student Services to join our South Yarra Campus. This role is a primary customer service contact for School and maintains accurate records of student attendance and provides administrative support to the key members of staff. The role involves working closely with the Heads of House assisting with ad hoc administration contributing to the effectiveness of the Student Services programming and events.

The Receptionist – Student Services is responsible for the efficient delivery of administrative procedures, ranging from database maintenance and accurate recording of student absences. through to general administrative support.
