Jessop Medical Practice is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic professional receptionist to join our practice team. We are a large, friendly training practice with modern purpose built premises.

The successful applicant will have a good standard of general education, be computer literate, organised and have excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a customer care environment is preferred. The position is for up to 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, comprising 7:30 am starts and 6:30 pm finishes. There is also a requirement to cover extended hours on a rota basis from 6:30 pm-8 pm.

Job responsibilities

At the start of the day open the surgery and prepare for morning surgery. Pass any messages on as necessary and ensure the security of the premises before leaving.
