• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guets
• Sort out and disinfect all incoming documents, couriers and parcels delivery, arrival and notify respective departments for collection
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document advantage
• Perform any other tasks as and when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Good level of verbal and listening communication skills
• 0–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist or customer service roles.
