Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in California. Responsibilities:
β’ Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, helpful point of contact at the front desk.
β’ Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, directing each inquiry to the appropriate person or department.
β’ Receive and respond to inbound telephone calls with clear communication and a customer-focused approach.
β’ Maintain an orderly reception area to ensure a positive experience for guests and staff.
β’ Take accurate messages and relay important information promptly to team members.
