Job Description

A cashier/receptionist greets customers, answers phones, schedules appointments, and handles payment.

• They help make sure customers feel welcome and everything run smoothly at the front desk.
• Greets Customers or clients in a polite and friendly way
• Answer phone calls and respond to messages and direct them to the right person
• Book, confirm, and manage appointments or reservations.
• Check in clients and notify staff for their arrival
• Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments) and issue receipts.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized
• Manage the cash register and balance it at the beginning and end of the shift
