• Greeting and welcoming customers
• Answering calls, emails and assisting walk-in clients
• Assist in managing and scheduling client bookings
• Receive deliveries and distribute them
• Explain products and service package to clients
• Record keeping and document control of clients

Qualifications

• Experience in beauty industry in an advantage
• At least two (2) years experience in the service industry
• Highly organized and have excellent communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Google software (GDrive)
