We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a 14:7 DIDO (Drive In, Drive Out) roster, providing exceptional front-line service across multiple sites in Central and North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate contacts.
Greet and assist guests and clients with professionalism.
Manage and maintain records, documentation, and appointments.
Prepare and distribute client documents as required.
Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, invoicing, and document management.
