Description
Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries

Maintain and update internal contact lists

Support additional administrative or office projects as assigned

Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding priorities, deadlines, and issues
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of office services or administrative experience, preferably in a corporate, legal, or financial services environment

Prior experience in a receptionist, switchboard, or administrative support role preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
