Handling customer inquiries and answering incoming calls

Responsible for answering all incoming calls and handling callers’ inquiries’ whenever possible

Responsible for call redirection and to carry out messages when required

Coordinate and correspond with all necessary parties as per the requirement

Provide all necessary progress reports on a regular and as required basis

Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual

All other job related duties, as assigned
