The Job

• Manage reservations and plan table placements effectively
• Greet and escort guests to give them a warm welcome
• Handle guests' inquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail professionally

What you need

• At least 1 year of experience in fine dining restaurant
• Good command of English, Cantonese / Mandarin would be an advantage
• Pleasant, presentable with good communication skills
• Good telephone manner
