About the Role

We are looking for someone to join our excellent reception team who all work very hard at being the first point of contact for the majority of patients. The role is demanding, and sometimes difficult, but overall rewarding. The whole Practice Team are friendly and we look forward to welcoming a new member of staff.

Part‑time Position

The post is part‑time and involves undertaking a wide range of reception duties and providing general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include greeting and directing patients, using the appointment system, booking appointments, processing information and assisting patients as required.

Role Overview

Act as the central point of contact for patients, distribute information and enquiries for the clinical team, liaise with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.
