Job Description
Working Hours/Days
8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
Basic Duties
+ Welcome on-site visitors and take incoming phone calls to determine the nature of business before forwarding the call.
+ Answer questions about Altorfer Inc. and provide guidance regarding directions and other information.
+ Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to appropriate personnel company wide.
+ Complete a variety of administrative duties to include but not limited to, coding invoices in Bill.com. Receiveing & attaching receipts for Wells fargo users then coding accordingly. Adding the correct misc charges to Service Link work orders.Scanning parts documents into shared drive. Researching parts documents in shared drive as needed. Creating Po# as needed.
+ Will work as part of a two-member front-desk team. As part of this team, you will share phone and mailroom responsibilities,emptiing coffee maker at shift end. coding in Bi...
