Job Description
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. This role also provides comprehensive administrative support to the HR & Administration department, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, service-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
