Job Purpose:
Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office
Dealing with suppliers to provide the administrative support.
Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request.
Responsibilities:
Manage all receptionist duties
Provide support to office administration and the Senior Management teamย
Handle claims and expenses, travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, gift arrangements and other client hospitality requirements for the Senior Management teamย
Coordinate with internal parties on daily business support
Maintain vendor agreementsโ database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
Assist in preparing presentation materials, meeting documents and reports
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
